Shannon is dedicated to helping yoga teachers and students to uncover and nurture their own unique expression of yoga. She is known for creating a playful, vibrant, and supportive learning environment that is accessible to everyone.
Shannon Crow is a co-founder of the MamaNurture Prenatal Yoga School and the director of Art of Assists for Yoga Teachers. She is also a consultant for yoga teachers, helping with websites, advertising, schedules, playlists, class plans, workshops and more.
Shannon has shared her knowledge and expertise in a variety of community programs, classes, and is a teacher and Studio Director at Tone Studio in Owen Sound.
In her spare time Shannon can be found hiking the Bruce trail with her partner Shawn and her three children, spending time in the vegetable garden, cooking or catching up with friends (on facebook and in person).

Kim MacDonald-Heilandt is a co-founder of the MamaNurture Prenatal Yoga School. Kim brings a wealth of experience as a mother, teacher, and co-owner and director of Gibbons Park Montessori School as well as founder of Live, Laugh, Breathe Yoga.
Kim became a Registered Yoga Teacher after graduating from DevaTree’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and went on to complete The Mindful Mamas Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Lauryl Hicks, as well as her HeartRise Yoga for Children Teacher Training.
Kim is passionate about supporting women and their partners through pregnancy and childbirth and loves the creative energy and community that teaching prenatal yoga offers. She truly believes that it is through acceptance and positivity that women can find their strength and power in birth. Kim found yoga’s true bliss while pregnant with her first child, and has come full circle to now be able to share her knowledge and passion with teachers and moms-to-be! She combines her joyful sense of humour and playfulness with a profound belief in the strength of every woman. Her compassion for the changes pregnancy brings both emotionally and physically is the foundation for her challenging yet nurturing yoga experiences.
